A floor takes more abuse than any other surface in the house. We install and replace wood, laminate, and tile with careful subfloor prep — because a floor is only as good as what's underneath it.
Laminate $2.85–$4.75 · Wood $5.70–$8.55 · Tile $7.60–$11.40 per sq ft
Every project is quoted individually after a walkthrough. These ranges are here so you know if we're in your ballpark.
Most flooring failures happen under the surface — a subfloor that wasn't flat, an underlayment that was skipped, transitions that were rushed. We start below the finish and get it right, so the floor you walk on for the next decade doesn't squeak, lift, or crack.
Whether it's hardwood in a living room, tile in an entry, or laminate through the whole house, we install it the way it should be done — level, stable, and clean at every seam.
We check the subfloor with a straightedge before we lay a single plank — if it dips more than 3/16 of an inch over 10 feet, we level it first. The finish floor will telegraph every bump underneath it.
